About

We will hold a club banquet (middle school will have their own banquet) at Overtyme on April 11, 2024. This is an event for EVERYONE, whether you are brand new or have competed at every tournament the whole season. Tentatively we plan to open doors at 6:30PM and start dinner (pizza, salad, bread, and pasta with options for gluten/dairy free) at 6:45PM. Awards will begin shortly afterwards and should conclude by 8:30PM.

Cost

This event will cost $20 per person, including your wrestler. We must have all payments in by March 15, 2024. Please venmo with the Memo “club banquet – Wrestler name”

RSVP

Please RSVP tentatively on Team Snap by February 16, 2024 to allow for Lindsey Chism and Kayla Makki to coordinate decorations and the coaching staff to prepare awards. You can also notate if any dietary restrictions are relevant.

Video and Photo Submission

Please email any pictures for the slideshow to Kayla Makki at kaylamakki@rocketmortgage.com. Also, please considering making a 20-second video (from your phone is fine) where your wrestler shares a positive experience they had with the coaches either collectively or individually. Singlet Return

If you do not wish to keep your singlet, please ensure that it is returned at the banquet. This will allow us to have a solid inventory of singlets for next season. If you do not return your singlet in time for the banquet, it will not be an option to get your $35 deposit back.
